SRM enables you to manage your
sports club's internal registration information and allows you to register your
teams, players and staff with the body that governs your club. You can easily
assign your players and staff to registered teams, upload
individuals' photos, apply birth certificates, print rosters and
ID cards, and export data to Excel for safe recordkeeping and
expedited forwarding to governing bodies and organizations.
SRM
maintains each individual's information so that season after
season you can simply update current registration information and
resubmit the data for the new season.

| Parents and User Online Access |

Parents submit registration information about their children
to the club registrar. They can pay team dues, order jerseys
and apparel and upload an individual headshot.
Season after season, the registrations may be updated and
resubmit to the club registrar.
If parents do not have Internet access,
they may complete a paper form and physically submit it to the club
registrar to input into the system manually. |

The
club registrar can verify and accept the submit information or
manually input new registrations. After paying the SRM
processing fee the information becomes official, allowing it to
be accessed in official rosters, emergency contact lists,
individual ID cards and exported to Excel for safe recordkeeping
and expedited forwarding to governing bodies and organizations.
Using SRM, club
registrars can apply payments and track team dues, generate
reports on these payments, reach out to players using the SRM
emailing tool and can retrieve players' headshots and birth
certificates. |
| Organizations and Governing Bodies |

SRM can
be used by a club with or without the mandated use of a higher
organization. If used as part of the organization's
package, once the registration data becomes official, the
governing body to which the club belongs can access the team, player and
staff registrations.
Using
SRM, the organization may send targeted emails to
any club's players, parents, staff and club registrars, collect
organization fees and quickly and easily approve and print
identification cards. |

SRM has absolutely no setup costs,
maintenance fees or hidden costs. Discounts are also offered for
governing bodies looking to mandate SRM's use for each of their
affiliated clubs and teams. |

SRM can interface with any
predesigned inkjet printer format or we can design and print
plastic identification cards with a variety of unique features.
Photos, logos, barcodes, digital
signatures, and data such as emergency contact information and
medical alerts are just some of the features that can be
incorporated into cards provided by SRM. |
